This morning, the CEO of the Green Alchemy company attended the opening ceremony of the nuts and dried fruits processing factory in Rafsanjan.
In this plant aflatoxins are removed from agricultural products, especially pistachios using plasma technology. Plasma technology is used in cleaning surfaces, decontamination of liquids and air, detoxifying and extending the shelf life of food products, and even their functional modification.
A sorting industrial shed, a clean room for decontamination, a packaging industrial shed, a warehouse, boiler rooms, facilities, and an administrative section are main areas of this factory.
After receiving and storing the products, they are sorted, steam washed, and disinfected using combined plasma-steam technology, then the processed products are packaged in clean rooms under special conditions.
The main goal of this factory is to decontaminate various types of nuts and dried fruits in order to ensure food safety and improve the quality of agricultural products.
It is worth noting that the Minister of Agriculture Jihad, head of the Atomic Energy Agency, the Governor of Kerman, and other city managers were also present at the ceremony.
